Would recommend for a passing visit
Comfortable room, friendly staff, as our spacious two-floor suite provided ample space for our family and the attentive team ensured our stay was pleasant with thoughtful surprises left by housekeeping.
It can be tricky to find without clear signage for the ferry and cart transport to the hotel.

Generally, the place was perfect and had courteous staff from Mr Gamal the restaurant manager. I loved looking at the city from the window of the standard room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was large. The pool was amazing and I had hot drinks in the outdoor bar.

A really pleasant place to stay in the midst of the hubbub of a major Egyptian city and tourist destination.
The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful from the ferry across to super checkin, restaurant, poolside and room service. It is a spectacular location with the Nile on every side and the desert climbing the hill above. Really special.
Nothing really. The rooms in the old part (ex Oberon) are getting a little tired but are kept immaculately so not a big problem.

The hotel boasts stunning views from spacious rooms, and the staff is remarkably friendly, making one feel at home. The breakfast could be improved, as some items were lukewarm. It’s a cozy and unique experience on an island in the Nile.

The room had a fine Nile view, and the pool was perfect. We played tennis, and the gym had everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely recommend checking out the 13th floor for amazing views!

A haven from the bustle of Aswan. Being on an island in the Nile is a unique location and there is no traffic to disturb you. If you have a west facing room it's even quieter as you face the botanical gardens on the next island as you look towards the desert.
Its not cheap but probably the best hotel in Aswan. A Yorkshire couple staying for a few nights before cruising were so impressed that they are considering a weeks holiday at the hotel.

Location is fabulous, hotel overall was top-notch.
For the price of the room the hotel nickel-and-dimed every additional service, not the case with other Egyptian hotels we stayed at (60 le perhour to use a ping pong table! additional fees if you want to use the lights on the tennis court!). Beautiful pool was not enjoyable to use due to no heating. Taking the boat to the hotel guarantees requirement for 2-3 extra tips to various porters along the way.

Fine, fine, fine.
I was greeted by nice views of the Nile River from my room! The attentive staff treated me like family while I lounged by the beautiful outdoor pool. Plus, the food was delicious, with a awesome breakfast buffet that had me diving back for seconds!
Strongly recommend 💖🌟

It's a fantastic location with a beutiful view for the nile river. Also, being in a hotel that lies on an island in the middle of the river to which you can't reach except by boat is a lovely & different experience; that doesn't limit your activities in & out in any way since the hotel allows a free private ferry every 10 minutes 24 hours which takes 3 minutes to bring you on the other side of the river.
The residence rate is relatively high when compared to other similar hotels in other Egyptian cities. I believe that refers to the fact of having only 3 five stars hotel in Aswan (another two in addition to Moevenpick) which limit the competition, not hundreds of hotels like other Egyptian cities.

A great location to escape the hassle. The staff were extremely helpful, I booked a surprise meal with champagne and birthday cake for my partners 40th birthday which the guest Relastiosn Manager and Catering Manager made extremely easy, and they even sang Happy Birthday when the cake was brought out, excellent

The outdoor swimming pool and spa area were great. Just got a little annoyed that the breakfast options were limited and not always refilled, but it didn't ruin our vibe 😊

This was a beautiful hotel on its own island that was only a few minute from the mainland. This was the best hotel during our stay and is suited for couples or families. It has a large tower restaurant / bar that provides great 360 degree views of the Nile and Aswan. Its priced are affordable and has it own mini shopping mall. It quiet, no hassles and we would stay again without hesitation.

The hotel is on an island between Kitchener's Island (botanical garden ) and Aswan proper with a stunning view of the river, the river traffic but away from the poplution and the noise (or most of it). Spacious grounds and facilities.
The seats everywhere were uncomfortable as if chosen from a catalogue and no one trying them out before buying. The WIFI service was expensive but, more important, totally unreliable: I paid several times without getting anything in return.
